Fuel valve mount bracket

So many incarnations of the fuel selector valve mount bracket.
Current version issues:
- Altitude relative to fuselage tubing can cause interference with lines emerging from upper inlets in duplex valve. However, it can't be too low or the floor board + bezel makes the top of the valve body recessed. Must be flush or higher.
